All New York State Residents need to petition Goverenor Cuomo and the Legislators of New York State. Help us (Rochester Defense Against Fracking) to be the first Town in Ulster County to Ban Horizontal Hydraulic Fracturing in New York State. Why is it Important? It gets the ball rolling, breaks the ice for other towns to follow, shows them how it is done. We and future generations have a right to clean air,water, soil and sustainable energy. We have access to these things now, but if the Gas Companies drill for natural gas using Horizontal Hydraulic Fracturing, we may lose all of them (other communities already have)! We can't live without clean air and water. The world must work to expand sustainable energy- NOW!
