Once again the youth of Great Britain are destroying lives, homes and businesses for simple thrills and criminality They come armed with hoodies/balaclavas to avoid the CCTV and mobile camera units Make it law that HOODIES can be arrested on the spot if the police suspect this kind of attire is being used to disguise a suspected offenders identity It’s ridiculous that scores of youths can parade around our city streets hiding their identity, and not be challenged as to why, who or what they are up to Lets suggest a £1,000,000 pound fine, as one yob with a box of matches and a hoodie can destroy millions of pounds worth of property and destroy peoples homes, whilst walking away with complete anonymity
