I have 3 dogs that are terrified of fireworks. Horrible for veterans or anyone with PTSD. Scary for babies, children, & people with sensory issues. Fireworks should be banned ESPECIALLY within city limits.

Fireworks to me are selfish, they do nothing but disturb people and pets, people with ptsd get flashbacks, pets get scared, neurodivergent people get overwhelmed, people can't sleep, someone who spent 13 hours putting their baby to sleep but now boom the baby is back up.

Because every year in my neighborhood, as well as neighboring communities, not only are there severe injuries to adults and children as a result of fireworks and improper use, but those individuals setting off fireworks refuse to comply with the laws designating THAT DAY ONLY for usage of works, and it's a major disruption. Individuals are doing it weeks before the 4th, and it will go on literally months AFTER the 4th, and as late as 2am. It needs to be banned all together

Veterans and pets suffer enough as it is. Backyard fireworks are just dangerous and annoying.
