Banfield killed my cat and has harmed so many others. We need them to move out of our community so we can keep our fur babies alive and healthy!

Animals are part of our family and should be treated as such. The owner asked a diff medicine be used and they didn't listen and a lot of folks seem to have the same complaints about this vet.

We need Banfeild gone they misdiagnosed my baby and now she had to have 2 tplo surgeries because of it!! She’s 1!!!!

Banfield in Harrisburg missed a softball sized tumor in our sweet dog Willow, after multiple trips because we thought there was something wrong. The emergency vet we took her to when she was dying assumed she had been without vet care which couldn't have been farther from the truth. My son is still not over it and has even made comments that he wishes that he could die and come back to life just to see her one more time.

I hold Banfield responsible for over medicating my healthy 7 year German shorthaired pointer. He had pancreatitis and I believe the appetite stimulant prescription was too strong and he suffered cardiac arrest at home. The day before he died they told me if he got any worse I would have to take him to another vet. They admitted they aren’t a full care facility and aren’t capable of handling all cases. They are awful and I would never recommend them to anyway. Ever.

The most uncaring selfish vet office I have EVER been to. almost killed my dog and didint even care at all and made up that it was something else just to send me away. It’s not their fault she was allergic but they could have done something to help her as she was DEATHLY allergic. Luckily she survived but so sad to hear other pets have passed.

My daughter took her dog to them at the university location in Charlotte N.C. A year ago and he was so sick for days. She never took him back to them again, he now goes to Stand for animals and gets his teeth cleaned with no issues

they almost killed my girlfriend's dog by ignoring an allergic reaction she was having to a medicine they prescribed!! she now lives with the long term side effects, banfield has no place in our community and they take advantage of low income people!!
