People Like Us, a local canberra band wanted to play at 104.7's Skyfire 22 2010. When they approached the radio about it, the station said they no longer have local bands play at skyfire. This seems rediculous as they have had local bands before, and it shouldnt matter if the band is local or not, but you would think a local band would be better supported by the local radio station.
