This is to stop the rezoning of 515 South 13th Street from a RS-5 to a SP-F. The development of this property would decrease the value of home owners in the neighborhood and also would be an eye sorer for the neighborhood. Our neighborhood mainly consist of single family dwelling's. Most of the houses built in this neighborhood go back to the 1920's and 1930's. They all havea historical value to our neighborhood. By placingtwo 3 story Condos/Townhouse would cause a differential difference in the appearance of the home now versus what they plan to build. We highly recommend that the Planning Commission does not approve splitting a 50 foot lot in half for future development other that a single family dwelling.
