The i-am-bored.com user BullshtBob has easily become MORE annoying than in his last IAB incarnation as "inchworm". Perhaps if enough electronic signatures are collected, Fancylad and the powers that be at i-am-bored.com will ban BullshtBob's account, IP address, and every subsequent account he creates, and IP address he uses. IAB has enough trolls as it is. Let's make an example of this one.
