Since it is the poster known as Brianman's (and his hundreds of various screen names) expressed purpose is to annoy, and drive away all of his enemies (all the posters of the ABC LOST message board), the undersigned request that ABC trace this poster and seek punishment under TITLE 47 > CHAPTER 5 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part I > § 223 of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 as ammended 5 January, 2006 to which "Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both." We do not seek the maximum penalty under the law, but that Brian be offered the professional help that is so clearly required under the penalty that this law be enforced if he fails to do so.
