The food labeling law should require disclosure of where all food products are grown and processed. Consumers can vote with their purchasing dollars & show where they want their food made. Stop processing our meat overseas to make it safer and cost less.

I cannot believe our government would even think about sending any thing edible to be processed to China..We are a mighty industrial nation..certainly more than able to process our own edibles.. be it vegetable, meat /poultry , nuts or fruits.. Plus we need the jobs here.. if we as a nation have money to ship our foods over seas.then we have the money available to hire more inspectors.. and also to create more naturally sustainable farms..without the use of MONSANTO ..

Another Example of the "New American Corpo-Globalist Free Market". Monopolies are Real, and they are a malignancy on our rights as Americans. Just Four Corporations control 90% of the Chicken we consume. They are ripping off the Farmers, and Now they are putting the public's health at risk. If you are a Vegetarian, don't wag your finger and claim immunity because you are far from immune. This is just one outrageous example. Just one more Very Good Reason to Get All Global Corporatist out of our political system Republican, New Democrat, or Independent.. I'm Supporting Bernie Sanders and the Warren Wing.
