Pursuant to paragraph 23 in the Deed of Dedication for Summerland Park, the HOA is to have final approval for all new construction. Due to the number of twin homes slated to be built in the areas zoned multi family, the HOA requests that no other twin homes be built. We request that single family homes fill in the remaining lots. The HOA is concerned with property values due to prior negligent planning with no variety of floor plans and multiple similar floor plans built consecutively. The building and design committee will review and must be in receipt of all elevations/floor plans prior to construction, without this information any builder/contractor will be considered as trespassing and the proper authorities will be notified.
