This is to bring to your attention that the TV serial ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ (KSBKBT) which is broadcasted on the MBC TV during the weekdays on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6.30pm, despite being the most boring and illogical TV serial in the world has been on the MBC TV since 2002 (or much before). The people of Mauritius are now fed up with the stupidity of the KSBKBT.
      KSBKBT is an absolute nonsense featuring dumb concepts, and faking relationships. This TV serial is addictive to a depressive level. We seriously believe that this serial is contributing to the degradation of our Mauritian community, where we can now very often witness in our society unfortunate and regrettable happenings like “A Father Raping His Daughter” or “A Wife Murdering His Husband”, just to name a few.
      Children and students simply waste their time watching it and don't learn anything out of it, except that they see a new forged and disgusting relationship of ‘mother-in-law and daughter-in-law’. We are inculcating the wrong values in our youngsters via KSBKBT. It's high time that the MBC takes action against such TV serials.
      We sincerely believe that KSBKBT is not a wise TV serial to watch when so many other alternatives are available. We request the MBC to immediately stop the broadcast of this serial and to implement a panel to screen future TV shows before broadcasting to the public.
