To prevent the extinction of endangered species, I propose a petition to pass legislations to outlaw the hunting of endangered species for trophy reasons. The existence of thousands of species are at risk through the practice of trophy hunting. Thousands of animal species are being hunted down, killed for sport and sold for profit. Its time for government authority to take action and protect the thousands of species that inhabit our world. By signing this petition we demand that the government enacts laws to ban all forms of trophy hunting, make punishments harsher for hunters who trophy hunt and to fund campaigns for anti-poaching efforts. With these new laws put into place hopefully we see a increase in animal population of endangered species and a decrease hunters hunting animal species.
