The toxicity of water only goes UP with the use of these types of dispersants. The victims of the Gulf are in a virtual pandemic due to the use of COREXIT. Please look for a new documentary The Rising...it is going to blow the lid!

Given the destruction to human and animal life I find it difficult to understand why use of these poisons is even a consideration. Ban them all, NOW!
I reside on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico in Florida. I have been here since before, during and after the BP Deepwater Horizon oil gusher & also during the dumping of millions of gallons of the toxic dispersant Corexit. During the spill and the dumping of the dispersant not only was I sick but my pets were also ill! I am still suffering with respiratory distress. This needs to be stopped permanently! No more lives should suffer for the sake of dirty fossil fuel!

I fished in Prince William Sound before and after the spill,and the sound still has not healed from the oil and the dispersants.

I am totally against pipelines over/under land through lakes/rivers. We have to protect our land, Canada and the US plus the world if we want to leave anything for our children/grand children.

It is quite apparent to all that the design and production of these Toxic Dispersants only serve to protect the image of those corporations responsible for the oil spills and do little if anything in reducing environmental damage from them. For all intents and purposes, they only make the spill more toxic!

As a biologist (Ph.D.) working in behavioural ecology I wholeheartedly support this petition. We do not know how to clean up an oil spill--the recent spill in English Bay (Vancouver, BC, Canada) strongly demonstrates that.

I am on board great getting to talk to lisa tonight hi to ricki the oil and corexit has covered a lot of area who would have ever thought it would cover land and end up in my front yard traveling through the aqua springs 5 of them no less a new frontier in damages to our environment up out of the ground falling from the clouds and traveling down hill through the streets a sleek line from one culvert to another there's no hiding it anywhere.i appreciate your hard work anything I can do to help the human race and our mother earth and majesty thank you for your invitation and all your hard work I am so at home here aware and still fighting the good fight thanks to you all god bless and speed all these works to the forefront how about Out FRONT WITH Ricki OTT no better place to be

We on the Gulf Coast have witnessed too many health problems related to the BP oil spill and "cleanup". Please ban ALL toxic chemical dispersants. The industry MUST come up with something that is safe for humans and the environment!
