We, the students of Cal Poly, in the state of California request that our local, state, and federal governments implement the following regulation of coffee temperature to protect the safety and well-being of all US residents: - Coffee must be brewed at temperature, and maintained at temperature - Espresso must be brewed at temperature - Cups must be of manufacture to ensure safe handling by consumer
