I am a CODA and there have been issues with the VRI with my parents. Since it is hooked up to the internet it always lags. Keep having to shut it on/off. I always have to cut in and interpreter when that happens. They are just awful. Live interpreters are much better!

I prefer live interpreters due to my vision issues. Using VRI in medical and educational settings would not work for me.

I had experience with vri. It doesn't meet my need and lack commuication who talk to I get more confused. I rather have a real intterpreter

VRI should NOT be use to replace the LIVE INTERPRETER! No excuse.
