This petition aims to ban the Halo from Formula 1 in 2018. The device, which is deemed to be safe, is not as safe as assumed, and could lead to countless more deaths. It restricts exit times from cars, which could be crucial if on fire, and it limits visibility, which means a higher likelihood of a crash. As well, it is not aesthetically pleasing, and will not give the sport a good look. Formula 1 fans DO NOT WANT THIS.
