I've been around these devices it was turned on during a protest that I was at and I'm still feeling the effects months months later, these are inhumane and should not be used against American and Spokane citizens. Remove them now!!!

These are an insult to the residents of city and county, and people visiting this city.
I live in Spokane city and deal with tinnitus. They hurt my ears and create much more disturbing ringing in my ears-head.
