The citizens of California need to eliminate the use of credit scores when it comes to applying for financing only for a primary residence in the State of California

There are a lot of families in the State of California that can financially handle the responsibilities of home ownership but they are being segregated by lower credit scores and are forced to rent at levels equal to or greater than the cost of home ownership.

The current credit scoring model is used as a control process to keep good people away from the dream of home ownership.

By removing the use of credit scores as part of the qualification process for home financing, this will allow more people the opportunity to achieve the dream of home ownership, thus putting more money back into the economy.
