Ban the sale of puppies, kittens, and rabbits in pet stores.

This was horrible cruelty to a living thing. Incredible Neglect !! He did nothing for that dog even after she chewed her own leg off due to pain! Just imagine how much pain she was in and for how long! This man deserves the maximum sentence and fines. You must also ban him from owning animals. We cannot allow this to ever happen again.
