Allowing the general public to have access to explosives is dangerous not only to people but animals alike. The risk to life, safety and property far outweighs any benifit of having free access to these types of products.

Every year this is such a big problems not just for all animal lovers but also for the animals as well as there get really scared and end up hurting or even dieng of shock as they don't know what's going on.... I strongly believe they need to be banned!
