I am sick of seeing my cat being terrified by the noise of fireworks night after night during November and December.

Fireworks should not be sold to the public, only public firework displays only like they have in Australia, to many animals are getting hurt and lost because of fireworks.

Make the public fireworks displays the only displays. Reduce the hazards to animals, homes, property and most importantly people.

Ban it. public displays only on the night. I'm so over idiots who horde them over the 3 day period, and let them off over the next few months when they feel like it. It scares my animals. my kids and I don't need to be woken at midnight because wally wants to play with fireworks.

Fireworks have started again, although I don't think they ever stop. From now until after Christmas we will be subjected to bangs and explosions almost every night and dealing with terrified animals. A few months ago our roof was damaged by a firework explosion that sounded like a sonic boom. I find this unacceptable. Organised displays are a much better option and they don't go on all through the night.
