Although I live in England, I believe that the Death Penalty in America should be banned. Definitely. How is killing a person meant to bring another back to life? Answer: it doesn't. It makes you as bad as them! It is a waste of human life (though I agree that those pathetic excuses for humans are degenerates of valuable oxygen). Instead, I suggest instead of letting them sit around on their arses in their nice, comfy prison cells, they should do something constructive; for example, trustworthy prisoners could run a soup kitchen (obviously with no contact with the public) for the poor. More...evil prisoners could have harder jobs, such as mining, building car parts or packing tins into boxes. I hope that there are some vaguely sensible people out there who agree with me.
