Reduce plastic waste at Guerin Catholic Highschool by "banning the bottle". Help support using plastic cups in the cafeteria and getting a juice and water machine for lunch. Simply by reducing bottle use during lunch you can help Guerin have a smaller carbon footprint.
15 hundred water bottles are consumed every second in the U.S and only 23% of the water bottles are recycled in America. It takes a water bottle over a thousand years to even start decomposing.
Guerin can make a change by joining the "Ban the Bottle" campaign or "Think Outside the Bottle" campaign.
