The use of SWD is harassing to wildlife and deters the quality of the hunt for all hunter taking part in this great sport.

These stupid mojo ducks have began to ruin duck hunting. I kill more ducks without those stupid things than I ever did with them. The so called hunters that use them the most couldn't call a duck to save their life. They use them cause it's the only way they can get a duck close enough to shoot. It's called hunting for a reason. It's supposed to take some skill. If you are going to allow electronic decoys you may as well allow electronic calls. What the hell is the difference?

The SWD's make the birds more hole shy, decoy shy and just real jumpy. It's having a negative impact on the migrating birds and the hunting as a whole in the state. It was much better before this. Not to mention how many batteries, ect are thrown out in the WMA's. I have seen car batteries in WMA's that people used to run mojo's and other stuff, and leave them in there. That is an environmental nightmare. This is not duck shooting season, lets get it back to hunting!

I agree that it has caused ducks to quit using places that they used too not some of the most popular places but places I used to kill ducks. Ducks are changing habits to survive . Therefore it takes greater extremes in weather or better habitat conditions for ducks to consider staying.Biggest problem in Arkansas is overcrowding !! AGFC has only made it worse with . They need to wake up and listen. Charge a fee for said SWD . Put some kind of deterrent in place. Last but not least there should be a limit of some sort on how many out of state permits issued on WMA land. When residents are out numbered 3 to 1 we have a problem !!
