Photo enforcement is a cash cow for NYC. It is poorly implemented in most locations, and if it cost money, there would never be a camera installed.

Anyone that drives knows that the car idles at 25 mph. This program is a failure and a form of target enforcement.

All about revenue and nothing to do with safety. Keep ticketing people. Citizens will only take so much theivery.

this 25mph limit is not to save lives it's to issue more tickets . we are like puppets with no voice and politicians can do whatever they want when will this stop
