Nearly 4500 people will die every year of a disease attributable to tobacco use (American College Chest Journal, 2014). In the United states, Second hand smoking causes over 46,000 deaths due to heart disease and 200,000 episodes of childhood asthma per year (BMC Public Health, 2011). These are just two statistics that help create awareness of why smoking is bad for you, and for people around you. So lets stop this massacre here on FSU campus. Lets all sign this petition to ban smoking here! It is for the common good of everyone!
