We have already reached a generation where plastic has become part of our environment so much that every living being is facing it's consequences. Not only we should ban it but also try to find solution with research to remove the contamination caused by microplastics

We need to start taking action right now in order to save our ecological balance of nature. It's already getting late. We must turn towards Renewable Energy, Sustainable Industry and products. Address global warming crisis very seriously, reduce carbon footprints, ban animal cruelty, food adulteration, reduce all kinds of pollution. In short we need to fix what we damaged. This planet is not only for us but the generations to come but we are acting as if we are the only dweller of this planet and we are turning it into a trash. We human beings are completely forgetting our core value that makes us unique from other creations, "being humane". We must restore it asap. Otherwise the world is heading towards a dangerous future. We don't have the rights to do this to our future generations. Let them have the world which god has created beautifully for all his creations.
