A good person I knew from this website was banned simply for recreating a chatroom that was no longer operational, and she wasted her life trying to get this scumbag Sam Spade to get her account back. On no grounds did he tell her why she was banned, and personally watching him converse with others is actually disgusting. He acts like a pubescent teenager trying to hit on girls; he practically gets anything he wants because he's the site admin. This is not justice. This is a totalitarianist with anger issues asserting his dominance. This lowlife needs to leave IMMEDIATELY.

He must suffer from paranoid delutions or something to, he keeps banning people thinking they're someone else. He can't seem to understand that everyone feels the same way about him so he tries to blame it on a few people. A bunch of people who has done nothing gets banned because of his delutions. He banned me because I called him old, I don't even know how old he is, seems more like a 12 year old to me. It's funny how more people have signed this than there usually are people on that site.

This guy needs to go, he kicks people out for no reason every time he is in there while he and his friends behave as rude and nasty as they want. I've even seen him gloat publicly over banning people for no reason. I made a petiosion here myself not knowing there already was one, glad I found this, it has almost 3 times as many signatures as the one for him staying. Hopefully it will make a diffrence, he drives regular users away from the site and that can't be good for the person who owns it.

I have 2 times git banned. 1. At the time of Sam Spade spoke with emotion and inconsequential in AChatroom, then I told him, "If you there is a problem, you may share to me". Suddenly, I was immediately banned from the room. 2. The moment he saw me put a link http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/ban-sam-spade in my FB that I tag to E-chat timeline, then Sam Spade banned my account wh n we met in Just Chat room, and I could not get into any E-chat's rooms. He is Thief. Thief rights and freedoms of others.

E-chat used to be awesome. Now they can't even fix their freaking servers! Screw Sam Spade, it would just be nice if the admins actually cared enough to fix the site!

I just got banned for saying hi

I got banned twice because I said "Hi" to two of my friends.

I have been banned twice. Both times I only said "Hello" to a friend and poof I was gone.

this sam spade is openly vile, swears and acts like he is above chatters, my account i had for a long time was blocked without any reason given and when i made a new account and asked why he swore at me and blocked my new account. if this is the type of people e chat with to associate with then maybe we should consider if its worth going on.
