Everybody used to enjoy it until the moderator named Sam Spade started to abuse his power. He even started banning people who would say a simple "hello". Sometimes he bans people because they disagree with him. How dare they speak their minds on the internet, right?
He almost banned all accounts because they said or did something that he, personally, didn't take well.
We are asking you now to help us stop the internet bullying that Sam Spade does and which we like calling the 'Spictatorship'.
Please help us remove this threat because many people are getting offended when they have done absolutely nothing wrong.
Help us say NO to power abuse on the internet!!

Has never banned me and I used to think he did a good job but he's lost it lately, banning people for not agreeing with him on politics and other things and other trivial things that do not disrupt chat
I don't dare speak when he's in the room because even saying hello get's me banned. E Chat is a good website and fun when Sam Spade is not around, he ruins it for everyone apart from himself and his small band of followers.
Sam Spade and Tx Jay verbally abused me on echat in **A CHAT ROOM** for being British. These admin think they are the law and go about upsetting and abusing genuine users. If you do not sort out the loose cannon like Tx and Sam, then you will be losing genuine people and only gaining trolls and hackers.
sam spade is obviously power hungry, he's been kicking people because he can now. absolutely no motive behind it, i tried to confront him in one of the chats but when i asked he banned that account too. he needs to be stopped so E chat is an enjoyable place.
So one day i was just strolling around in the chat room talking to some folks then BAM! I was gone. I asked what had happened and Sam said i was being disrespectful because i didnt like the same music as some other folks. I was simply giving my opinion and doing no harm.
really miss e chat and Sam should be off the site.

I got a weird pm from someone saying UPLOADING TheSamSpade.TYRANNY.PORN.JPEG ___████████████████] 98%, and I asked in the main chat if anyone else got this pm. And Sam Spade banned me.......
