We demand secularism as the only safe, non-violent path for religionists of all kinds to live peacefully with each other and non-believers. Public promotion of religion must become unacceptable. We must separate overt public religious observance, religious privilege and promotion of religion - from public civic life and state institutions. Whether it is by Christianity, Islam Judaism or any other religion or sect - in Britain, Ireland, the rest of Europe the Middle East or anywhere else.
