Federal way is such a dangerous place right now with all the seriously sick mental people in our community making it unsafe! I’ve notified the mayor & police chief Andy Hwang & nothing ever comes from either. The police chief wanted me to do HIS job by trying to call this gal that also witnessed & called police. I gave him her name &
place of employment but when he had to do some actual work it was easier fir him to CLOSE the case! We need people who will follow through & actually get something done about all the problems in unsafe Federal Way.

We need a protocol in Federal Way like what Auburn has. Our mayor says we don't need a camping ban because we enforce it already, but that's just not true. Let's get a protocol in place and actually start to enforce it and make our city safer.

I support this 100%. The sticky part may come from the issue of public intoxication and the use of illegal substances because of our illustrious king county executive.

Let's try for some common sense solutions. This can not continue. The current situation is not functionally helping anyone, and is doing damage to the homeless AND the community.

After finding a homeless person residing in my garden shed, my safety is now my priority. Enough is enough!

Thank you! We need this in our city. The addicts need help with their addictions more than a free place to shoot up!

Our family doesn't feel safe in Federal Way anymore. With all the drugs and needles everywhere, increasing in the amount of crime, especially violent crime and theft, and with the homeless encapments everywhere you turn, from areas like wetlands to the street corners and packing lots of of 320th, it is so sad how residents don't feel sad in their own community.

Federal Way is the dumping ground of the South Sound. We need leaders to protect the citizens of the city from the rampant drug addicts that are taking over along with the never-ending crime they are participating in!

I have lived in Federal Way for the past 44 years and this problem is getting out of control in just the past few years. Trash, trespassing, drug use, assaults, thefts, and shoplifting has got to stop!! And stop enabling drug use from the King County needle vans!

I have lived in Federal Way for 12 years. My husband and I are raising teenage daughters. They should be able to walk to the store without fear of being confronted or attacked by someone high on drugs. It is NOT compassionate to anyone to allow drug addicts to freely use and abuse in our city.
