Babies are now being vaccinated on their first or second day of life against Hepatitis B, a disease that is contracted via sharing needles or having sex with an infected person. The CDC's own information on HepB calls for a booster shot - before the time any child is likely to be exposed.

It's irresponsible NOT to do this.

All vaccinations should be banned until safety can be proven.

Why would you vaccinate tiny babies against a disease the vast majority of them will have no danger of contracting anyway. Disgusting.

The brain barrier is not closed til about 2. So if you want to poison your toddler please wait until 2 yrs old. Only get 1 at a time, this way if your baby has a reaction or dies you will know what from!

The risk of injecting newborns does not outweigh the benefits (zero) for a virus obtained as an STD or by intravenous drug use. By the time the child advances in age, any antibodies would no longer be effective for child, by the time they might be at risk to contract Hep B.

Common sense. Why did this EVER make sense?

NEVER should a newborn be vaccinated. EVER.
