Common sense: Hep B is spread through unprotected sex or needles. Have you ever known a baby to engage in either of these behaviors? The CDC & FDA are both organizations for which I believe need major overhauls - clean house, get rid up upper management and bring in a panel of individuals who don't have a conflict of interest with Pharma!!! Yes, the CDC is a cesspool, need I say more?
