This is an initiative created by Marcel P. Black, the founder of #REDROV & leader of the Stop Rapping Over Vocals Movement, to end all over vocals rap on all levels. We're calling for a ban on over vocals rap at live shows, and anywhere Hip-Hop is being performed.
