We, the people of the United States of America, hereby declare that as ordinary Americans on the basis of one-person-one-vote, we hereby petition that all forms of political lobbying by any individual, corporation, companies, groups, associations, or any entities in any shapes or forms, must be banned to solicit any kind of activities that could in any shapes or forms be instrumental directly or indirectly, in causing or promoting in any shape or forms, to any elected and or appointed officer of any government bodies may such body be local, municipal, regional, provincial, city, State or the Federal government, to influence by means of public relations, direct and/or indirect contacts with the elected and appointed officers of any government body state above for the intent of lobbying. Any kinds and forms of financial, personal, business, political, cultural, religious, ethnic, or any other forms of benefits offered to any elected or appointed officer of any government body in the Unites States be banned and classified as a criminal offense as a felony punishable by a mandatory prison term of no less than 5 years in prison without parole and a fine of no less than $250,000. In addition, the culprit would lose any pensions or allowances of any and all kinds due to him or her and paid by the taxpayers of the United States of America. Such person shall be banned to serve in any public offices for a period of no less than 5 years from the date of his or her expulsion from the pubic offices. If such a person is found in violations for the second time after the satisfactory completion of the first offense and penalties, he or she must serve an additional jail time for no less than 2 years and a penalty of $100,000 for such offence and be banned forever to participate in any civic duties.
