Ban noisy, dirt and dust blowers from our cities. These "lazy mans rakes" are loud, and only blow dust up into the air for you to breath in to your lungs. The dust comes in to your windows, it covers your cars and house and covers everything else exposed in a film of dirt and dust. There are also very dangerous particles you cant see such as asphalt which do get in your lungs and do cause cancer! These leaf blowers do more harm than good and are a great threat to asthmatics. A threat to us ALL.
