OMG is this WAY overdue! The CFTC says they can only charge criminals a fine (get out of jail free card) for getting caught for rigging markets and only the DOJ can throw them in jail...BUT THE CFTC CAN BAN JP MORGAN FROM THE COMMODITY MARKETS FOREVER!! Do It!
