This bank should not be allowed to operate again in those markets where it has carried out criminal activities. It has lost a lot of money to many investors and has paid a very small fine in relation to what it has gained from its illegal activities. It should have a total ban on activity in the precious metals markets to set an example to other banks. In addition, it is quite possible that if it continues to operate it will continue with its criminal activities.

Market manipulation is and remains a crime, even if it is covered and tolerated by the government. Those responsible should be behind bars and the licenses for gold and silver trading withdrawn, even if one or the other bank will be dragged into the abyss.

They should be fined 1 trillion dollars. 1 billion dollar fine doesn’t even closely compensate for their profiteering.
