Obvious they do blatant fraudulent activities and price manipulation of the precious metals, they should be banned from being able to trade it. They have already been fined $900 million in 2020 for doing it and nothing has changed - they should be banned.

To see zero change in this criminal enterprise and to know the Justice department allows them to cop to one charge rather than to the charge them with thousands of spoffed orders their traders entered to scam the prices is horrendous. Five felonys they copped to and no one goes to jail? Currently paying over one billion in fines just teaches them thats the cost of doing business as they end their fiscal year with 30 billion in profits. Thank you for giving me a voice as the financial press cowers and is afraid of losing JP Morgans advertising.

When a person commits a felony he or she looses significant rights. Why should JP Morgan be able to continue to trade in the gold and silver market after they have been labeled a “Criminal Enterprise” by the DOJ and were fined $920 Million as a result. That’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to JP Morgan’s criminal activities. There should not be a two tiered system of justice (or rather Just-Us) in the United States. They need to be banned from operating in the commodities space AND the assets that were gained from said criminal activities should be seized and distributed to the actual investors that were harmed by JP Morgan’s dealings.

Good morning , I think it is right and does justice to those who invest in companies that create development and not to those who like JPM to manipulate, speculate on the markets, creating only confusion and false values especially on PM and this only for personal interests.
