This need urgent action, if money is obtain via crimal activity then all assets are to be convisated, it happens to drug dealers and alike then there's not a better case then JP Morgan's which is arguably worse.

Someone caught rigging the metals market should never be able to be involved in said market again. They also shouldn't be able to have analysts upgrade/downgrade metals or mining companies...
