Anyone that has agreed to a settlement for massive manipulation of any market should not be allowed to trade the market subsequent to the settlement. Officers should have received jail sentences for thousands of violations and a fine of close to a billion dollars.

Physical metal markets should not be manipulated by paper positions that have no basis in reality with the physical asset. It's unconscionable hiw often the PM markets have been manipulated over the past 50 years. Isn't it about time that their is truth and honesty in these markets with real penalties including jail time for perpetrators of the crimes.

Agree, we must banned JP Morgan from trading gold/silver. This has been long over due.

During this pandemic all financial market assets are having their values inflated by the Fed.
Many of these are zombies, all are arguably overpriced now.
This leaves little for the little guy to invest in to protect himself.
Perhaps if a all the financial assets, Gold and silver are those with true intrinsic value.
Paradoxically and perversely these are the only financial assets whose values are being manipulated downwards. This is not good for Anericans, and with a falling dollar against friendly swap countries it is particularly unfriendly for holders of physical metal desperate to try to save their wealth in the friendly domains - eg U.K., EU etc
