I have also lost a lot of money since 2010 due to the price manipulations of these manipulators, we must make sure that they are punished and have to pay for the losses incurred.

Ban them yes, but that is not all. Return to investors their losses (stolen money) plus penalty, interest and inflation. Dissolve JP Morgan the company. Prison the Morgan management and employees involved. iLooks like they are doing it again. Looks like the regulators have been bought again. So sad. What a country. We can be proud.

Banned completely and not just given what amounts to a slap on the wrist "fine" that we do not even know if they have paid!

Corruption is everywhere, it is destroying confidence in government, all of our institutions AND the financial markets. And there is only one way to fix that. With financial crimes of the sort being discussed here, banning J.P. Morgan from trading gold and silver is the LEAST that should be done. There should be FAR more.

Ban JP Morgan from banking period. It's a corrupt, degenerate institution that's run more like a mafia gang rather than a bank. JAIL their CEO and take away their banking charter. Power to the people!!!

If you have been convicted or settled for a financial crime then you should not be a custodian of a silver trust.

The regulators aren't regulating for the common man/person. CFTC needs to do it's job as per Commissioner Dan M. Berkovitz Mar 25 2019 dissenting statement
