The SEC goes to great lengths to regulate the equity markets to prevent any large single entities or a small group of market participants with insider information etc to capitalise at the expense of the minnows. Why is it that the CFTC cannot do half as much when JP Morgan and the bullion banks blatantly and continue to rape and profit from the small market participants for years with absolute impunity? Simple solution: Ban JP Morgan and other bullion banks which are found guilty even if it is just once. Make the price of market manipulation too prohibitive for them to even think of trying.

Why are Wall Street allowed to break the law with fictitious paper contracts and be allowed to do so? Where are the Authorities when it comes to these matters? Are they in on the game as well? If main stream do anything similar, its an offence. What a joke the Authorities (clowns) are, who the f**k they think they're fooling cause everyone knows JP Morgan is running a racket.

It is absurd that an enterprise found guilty of manipulating an asset class is not only still allowed to trade it, but hold the largest position of any entity in that market.
