JPM has shown time and time again that they are cheating on this market, and fines doesn't seem to have any impact. Next logical step must be to ban them from these markets.

Does the government allow bank thiefs to get jobs in their branches after they've served their time?... no.. so why should people who have committed fraud and broken the rules continue to be allowed to trade the market.
