JP Morgan has manipulated the silver markets for profits while amassing a large silver holding. They have robbed the people while ignoring the rules and laws that apply to others. Why require them to pay a penalty that is a fraction of the amount of profit they make from breaking the law? They should be removed from markets they routinely manipulate for profit.
