Everywhere I go since June 2012 and for the rest of my life, I've had to deal with loud bass, revving engines and honking horns on a daily basis. This is not an accident. These people know what they're doing and are doing this to harrass me. That's why I need your help to put an end to this worldwide epidemic and make a law to ban this worldwide.
