I’m a a San Juan village resident at 29512 Westmont Ct. I have watched bored teenagers torture animals and seen dead wildlife strewn across the pavement. I would like for fishing to be banned.

There is absolutely no reason to allow fishing in our small ponds (especially catch - harm - release). People can watch and enjoy the wildlife without hurting them. We have lived in the Village for twenty nine years and we strongly oppose this practice.
