People with fake accounts on the Samsung app "PenUp" that use their account for things like bullying or sexual harassment should not be given a second chance because they will just continue to do what they are doing, thus should be banned immediately. Just suspending their account for a few days won't stop them.

We need to stop this because everyone is leaving penup and i hate it, all my friends are going on eafter another this is horrible we gotta stop this quick!!!

Someone can have a main account, #1 They use this account too quietly search for victims. Once they have made one to ? many, they open another account #2 under a different name and now youngsters..women...and sometimes males are then targeted. Vile suggestions are flung easily around making the victims, especially the young girls, TERRIFIED! Now the predator will open #3 account under a different name then the first two accounts. Usually the cycle will begin again with new victims or the same victims because they have blocked#2, and then the predator strikes again!!!! This can go on and on, the victims scared spitless. Predator then cancels #2 and #3 accounts and......you guessed it....opens #4 account and the cycle continues. A person needs one account and be held accountable for that account. Please protect our children, first and foremost, then the rest of your artists!!!

Yes, it is clear that the main suspects causing all the problems are simply one male and one female that use a huge variety of fake accounts. Samsung can trace accounts by mining device signature data. They need to do that, and for the RIGHT reasons.
