This guy likely got his mod knowing people, this mod abusive towards random users in chat. As a mod, the job is to control chat with fair warnings and E2xD has a very skewed discretion he uses to ban users for weak reason.

Just a plain old bad mod. He acts like a dick to randoms and is toxic to people.
