We should force an investigation into his crazy decision. A wrong decision like this should not be allowed. It is ludicrous that an appeal cannot be made.The scots were the better team on the day and would have won if not for this. No wonder he ran off the field quickly. lets force an appeal to have his decision turned.

this ref should be sacked. He made a wrong decision which cost the scotts getting through to the semi finals . He should be made to make a public apology and the scots deserve the right to appeal the decision.

What the heck is an inadequate referee doing reffing at the Rugby World Cup or is he inadequate. I think you had best keep an eye on his finances in the near future, bribes are rife in sport at this level
